After a ceasefire is reached between Hamas and Israel following a severe flare-up in Gaza caused by the death of an IDF soldier by sniper fire, an Israeli senior official says Hamas has committed to halt the kite terrorism; warns that if Hamas breaks agreement would pay a much more severe price.
