HOUSTON, Jan 12 (Reuters) - Oil producers are unlikely to significantly expanding drilling budgets this year despite the recent run-up in crude prices, Chris Wright, chief executive of Liberty Oilfield Services Inc, told Reuters in an interview on Friday.
